– Unactivated product keys
Non-Returnable Items
– Activated software licenses
– Downloaded software
– Used or installed products
– Services that have already begun
– Customized products or services
Return Process
Initiating a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Follow the provided return instructions
Return Instructions
– Package items securely in original packaging if possible
– Include the RA number on the outside of the package

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
– Processing time: 7 business days after receiving the return
– Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
– Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

– No additional charges for shipping correct items
Cancellations

– Cancellation requests after shipping will follow return policy
– Services can be cancelled according to service agreement terms
Exchange Policy
– Direct exchanges are not available
– Return the unwanted item and place a new order

Digital Products and Services
– Digital product returns subject to verification of non-use
– Service cancellations handled according to service agreements
– Activated licenses are non-returnable
