Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Contact@qbonlinehub.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Electronic Delivery
For products with electronic delivery, you will receive your product/license key via email on the same day your order is confirmed.

- Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered immediately after payment, but some may require manual verification, which can take up to 12 hours.
- Verification Process: If your order is flagged for additional security checks, we may request further verification.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
