Terms of Service for QBOnlineHub

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by QBOnlineHub (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including QuickBooks Desktop licensing and bookkeeping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

2.1 QuickBooks Desktop Licensing

– We are authorized resellers of QuickBooks Desktop licenses
– License terms are subject to Intuit’s end-user license agreement
– Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by Intuit
– We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability

2.2 Bookkeeping Services

– Services are provided as specified in individual service agreements
– Accuracy depends on the completeness and accuracy of provided information
– We maintain confidentiality of all financial information
– Timeline commitments are subject to timely client cooperation

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information
– Maintain the security of your account credentials
– Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
– Pay all fees when due
– Maintain appropriate backup of your data

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

– All prices are subject to change with notice
– Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes
– Payment is required before license activation
– Bookkeeping services are billed as specified in service agreements

4.2 Payment Processing

– Payments must be made through approved payment methods
– Late payments may result in service suspension
– Refunds are subject to our refund policy
– Recurring payments will be automatically processed

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by Client

– Notice required as specified in service agreement
– Prepaid fees may be non-refundable
– Data retention subject to our data retention policy

5.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate services for:
– Violation of these terms
– Non-payment
– Fraudulent activity
– Illegal use of services

6. Intellectual Property

– All content and materials are our intellectual property
– QuickBooks is a registered trademark of Intuit
– Users may not copy or modify our materials without permission
– License grants are limited to specified use

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Warranty

– Services provided “as is” without warranty
– No guarantee of uninterrupted service
– We are not liable for data loss
– Technical support subject to availability

7.2 Damages

Our liability is limited to:
– The amount paid for services in the past 12 months
– Direct damages only
– Excludes consequential damages
– Subject to applicable law

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:
– Violation of these terms
– Unauthorized use of services
– Violation of laws or regulations
– Infringement of third-party rights

9. Dispute Resolution
